The payroll subscription has been via an arrangement in which the present CPA bills my company for the payroll service. I'm hoping that we will be able to easily transfer this payroll arrangement to the new CPA.
My personal taxes situation: I own two rental properties, one of which is a commercial building that I rent to Data Alliance, and the other is a residential duplex. Also I have a house with a mortgage, and stock investments.
OPTIONAL: If you provide bookkeeping services:
1. Reconcile our bank accounts in QuickBooks.
2. Prepare the payroll, once every two weeks.
3. Organize bill paying activities in Bill.com.
4. Sales tax filings.
You can work as a contractor or on our payroll.
